Terms & Conditions Relating to the supply of the service to you (The Customer) by 99bus HK Ltd (‘The Company’), details of which are set out below.The

service provided by the Company includes the provision of tours by passenger-carrying vehicles.Though the content of the website and the booking process are available in English, tickets and confirmation emails will be only generated in English.

 

有關您的服務詳情(客戶)由香港寵物巴士有限公司(“本公司/狗狗巴士”)供應,載於下文。本公司所提供的服務以載客車輛觀光旅遊為主,雖然網站的內容和預訂流程有各種語言,然而門票及確認電子郵件將以英文產生

TICKETS 車票

Customer's purchasing tickets on this website will have their tickets delivered to them by way of Local Post or E-ticket. The Customer can print or use electronic device to present  the e-ticket to a member of the 99bus HK at assigned boarding point. 99bus HK limited reserves the right to refuse any E-tickets presented without either credit card or photo ID.

客戶經本網站購買的車票將由郵寄或電子票交付。使用電子車票的客戶可將電子票打印或以電子設備呈現給狗狗巴士工作人員在指定上車點,如有需要, 工作人員會要求客戶出示相關証明文件如信用卡或身份証。狗狗巴士有權拒絕沒有相關証明文件的客戶所持任何電子票的權利。
 

TICKETS TO TRAVEL 車票旅遊
 
The Customer should keep their ticket safe as replacements will not be issued. The Customer must show or purchase their ticket as they board. The ticket remains the property of the company and must be produced for inspection and, if requested to do so, be surrendered upon demand to an authorised Company Official. The Customer will not be permitted to use any 99bus service without a valid ticket for the entire journey the Customer wishes to make.
 
客戶應適當保留車票,如有遺失,本公司將不予補發。因為即使已登車,車票仍是公司的財產,客戶必須出示有效車票以供查閱。如未能出示有效車票,客戶將不得在餘下旅程使用狗狗巴士服務 。
 
TICKET VALIDITY 車票有效期
 
The ticket entitles the Customer to use 99bus services on a specific service or at a specific time. Tickets do not guarantee travel on time because of traffic conditions.When the ticket expires the Customer must either leave the tour at the next available opportunity or purchase another ticket. Extensions will not be given.
 
車票上印有指定班次和時間,班次時間只供參考,航班時間可因路面狀況等而出現誤差,並不保証航班能準時到達。票證過期的客戶必須離開遊覽或另購門票。並不給予延長日期。
 
 
LOST TICKETS 遺失車票
 
The Customer must keep their ticket safe. Customers found travelling without a valid ticket will be charged the full ticket price for a replacement ticket.
客戶應適當保留車票, 如遺失有效車票,乘客將被收取全額票價以補票。
 
 
DEPARTURE POINTS AND TIMES 時間及出發點
The Company endeavours to provide departure points and times for the service which are as accurate as possible. However, the Company reserves the right to vary such departure points and times without notice, as circumstances require.
本公司盡力提供準確的時間和出發點。然而,本公司保留更改出發點和時間等權利,恕不另行通知。
 
 
ROUTE 路線
 
The Company reserves the right to deviate from the route of a service in the event where reasonably prudent to do so in the light of circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
本公司保留在非本公司所能控制的情況下而更改路線的權利。
 
 
DOGS/ PETS 犬隻/ 寵物
 
1. Pets must be on a leash & accompanied by owner at all times in carriage.Pets over 20kg must wear muzzles.
2. Pets may travel for Free, if accompanied by a dedicated adult (1 adult : 1 pet) as long as the pet does not occupy a seat to the exclusion of a fare-paying passenger.
3. All pets must be vaccinated against rabies and microchipped in accordance to Hong Kong Laws.
4. The company reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or animals to the events, or request any person or animal to leave the event if they refuse to follow organizer’s rules and regulations.
5. The company reserves the right to final decision on all related matters.
 
1. 任何時候,所有犬隻需以帶牽引,並伴隨著犬主在車箱內。體重20kg 以上犬隻需帶上口罩。
2. 只要寵物不佔座位,有犬主伴隨的犬隻可免費乘座。
3. 按照香港法律,所有犬隻必須已注射防狂犬病疫苗及已植入晶片。
4. 如客人不遵守規則, 本公司有權拒絕其參加活動或要求乘客離開。
5. 本公司對所有相關事項有最終決定權。
 
 
BUSES AND BUS SAFETY 巴士及安全

Carriage may contain lots of pets. For safety reasons all customers are required to remain seated while the bus is in motion. Customers need to take note on personal and pets safely and do not allow their pets to stick their body out of window. The company does not bear any responsibility for any accident occurs. Bus model are subject to change without prior notice.
 
為安全起見,當巴士在行走期間,所有客戶需保持坐立. 車箱內有大量寵物,客戶需注意自身及寵物安全,請並確保寵物身體不會伸出欄杆和車窗外,如發生意外, 本公司不予負責。巴士型號如有更改,將不另行通知。
 
 
CLEANING CHARGE 清潔費

All customers are responsible to keep carriage clean. If the customer or their pets soiled carriage, the customer is responsible to clean up immediately. If additional cleaning is required as a result, an Excess Cleaning Fee of $500 HKD will apply.
 
乘客有責任保持車廂清潔衛生,犬主必須準備相關用品並自行清理犬隻於車箱的排泄物或嘔吐物。如需額外清潔,公司有權收取$500港幣作清潔費。
 
 
REFUNDS退款
 
In the event that the Company is unable to provide a service throughout the period of the validity of your ticket through circumstances within its control, you shall be entitled to a full or part refund of the price of your ticket. Any application for a refund must be made in writing (tickets must be enclosed) to the Company’s offices.
 
倘本公司未能在其控制情況下對您在車票有效期內提供服務時,您有權要求車票價格的全額或部分退款。退款的申請,須以書面形式(必須包括車票)郵寄到本公司的辦事處。
 
 
ACCIDENT OR LOSS 意外或損失
 
Please take care of all personal property. The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to negligence by the Company, in which case our liability is limited for damages to a maximum of the refund of the ticket price. Customers will be accused and bear responsibility if their dogs attack/hurt any person or pets.Customers understand that attendance of the event/ bus journey is not without risk to any people & pets who may attend, because some of the pets may be difficult to control and may be the cause of injury even when handled with the greatest amount of care. Customers hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company, its employees and agents from any and all claims by any member of my family or any other person accompanying me to the company or while on the grounds of the surrounding area thereto as a result of any action by any dog, including customers their own.
 
請照顧全部個人財產。本公司將不承擔任何損害,延誤,不便,直接或間接損失。除非疏忽因本公司而引起,在這種情況下,我們的責任賠償(除死亡或人身傷害),限於法律責任最高票價的退款。客戶明白自己、家人或其他陪同出席活動之人仕,甚至寵物本身出席活動時,需要面對潛在危險。並同意若客戶之寵物對他人或其他動物造成任何傷害時,必須承擔一切賠償。而所有出席活動之人仕決不可對本公司之活動所出現之問題而對本公司或其員工及有關人士作出任何形式之追究。若客戶的寵物襲擊∕傷害他人或其寵物,客戶或將會被檢控及須承擔責任。
 
 
ALCOHOL/ FOOD/ DRINKS 酒精/食物/飲品
 
The consumption of alcohol, foods & drinks is prohibited on the bus at all times.
為保持車箱清潔衛生, 車上任何時間均禁止食用食物或飲用飲料(包括酒精類飲品).
 
 
CUSTOMER CONDUCT 客戶行為
 
We may at our discretion require any person to alight from a tour if we deem his/her conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, or if behaving in such a way as to constitute a risk to his/her safety or to the safety of other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.
 
如果我們認為他/她/牠的行為令人反感或滋擾其他乘客,或者表現以構成危險到他/她/牠的安全或其他乘客的安全,我們可能酌情要求任何人下車遊覽,而我們將不會有任何進一步的責任。
